Thank You for coming this far... We have to assume you think it’s a good idea? So…. How much are we going charge? Basic Rates Monday – Friday 08.00 -18.00 £16.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours) (£80.00) Evenings & weekends £18.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours) (£90.00) After first 5 hours, rate is in half hour increments (rounded up to nearest ½ hour) Overnight stay - please call us to discuss but…. Generally it is assumed that driver is away from home and as such a nominal rate of £4 per hour applies for hours 08.00 - 20.00 where our chauffeur is not working. E.g. driver “clocks off” at 17.00 the £4.00 rate applies until 20.00. Driver not needed until 10.00 - £4.00 per hour applies 08.00 to 10.00. (Please don’t ask if the driver gets £4.00 per hour while waiting for you in your car – they are working and the prevailing rate applies). Extras – (well at least we tell you about them at the start) Overnight Accommodation: as Premier Inn Tariff +12%. To clarify: In the event that you require a driver to stay overnight we will charge a rate equivalent to the prevailing rate at the nearest Premier Inn (including breakfast) (regardless of whether the driver stays at such accommodation) We add a premium of 12% to cover paying the cost on your behalf – this premium is deducted subject to prompt settlement. In the event that you provide accommodation a “per dieum” of £20 will be levied instead, to allow your driver a choice for their evening meal & entertainment Petrol etc: In the event that a chauffeur is required to pay for fuel for a client’s vehicle, we reserve the right to add a premium of 20% (to cover administration and interest charges). A discount of 10% will be applied for prompt settlement (within 14 days) of your account. This premium (and discount) will be applied to any charges borne by our chauffeurs on your behalf .e.g. parking, tolls and congestion fees, travel costs for vehicle delivery/collection. |
