The Small Print.

1.           For the purpose of clarity: the terms ‘We’ & ‘Our’ & ‘Us’ refers to Chauffeur Your Car, its’ contractors, agents and direct employees.

2.            We require that your vehicle is comprehensively insured for our driver's to use it.

3.           We will not be responsible for any uninsured loss to, from or by your vehicle howsoever caused including any excess that may be levied by your insurer.

4.           We will provide accurate and current details relevant to insuring your vehicle for any chauffeurs supplied by us to you in order that your insurer can add them to your policy where necessary.

5.           We will endeavour to ensure that all our drivers have clean licences and accident free driving history and that this is regularly checked.

6.           Our drivers are not licensed for PSV, public carriage or Hackney carriage and as such do not undertake work on a ‘Hire and Reward’ basis.

7.           Our drivers will take all reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in their charge but are not responsible for cleaning, maintenance or checks other than provided in the Highway Code.

8.           We reserve the right to refuse to drive a vehicle that is deemed to be un-roadworthy and a minimum charge will be levied for any assignment cancelled under this clause.

9.            We will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to delays howsoever brought about.

10.          Any advice as to journey times is purely advisory based on prevailing conditions and recent experience

11.         We reserve the right to withhold  or withdraw service without notice for non-payment of accounts

12.          We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw service without notice in the event of abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward us whether directly or indirectly.

13.          Accounts are issued on 28 day settlement terms and we reserve the right to charge interest on unpaid accounts at 2% per month until settled.

14.          A prompt settlement discount of 10% is available for accounts cleared within 14 days.

15.          We do not accept credit or debit card payments and settlement must be made to Chauffeur Your Car by cheque.

16.          Any direct soliciting of our drivers will result in the withdrawal of our service to you and your company and will incur a fee equivalent to 10% of annual salary by way of an introducer’s fee as an employment agent.

17.         We reserve the right to emend these terms and conditions at any time and the prevailing version on our website www.chauffeuryourcar.com shall be that in force.

18.          These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
